AMENITIES

  • 24/7 Access: Tenants are allowed 24/7 Access to their suites. All tenants and guests to the 450 Sutter Building are required to sign in with Security in the Lobby after 7pm and during the weekends.

  • Bank: Wells Fargo bank is located on-site at 460 Sutter Street on the ground floor.

  • Cafe & Deli: The Sutter Street Cafe & Deli is located in the 1st Floor Lobby.

  • Confidential Document Shredding: Tenants may use our on-site shredding bins to aid in compliance with HIPPA regulations for destruction of confidential documents.

  • e-Waste Disposal: Complimentary Electronic Waste disposal is offered to our tenants through San Francisco based Green Citizen. Tenant may arrange a pick up at www.greencitizen.com/tenant.

  • Garage: Valet parking is available to all tenants, staff and guests of the 450 Sutter Building. Monthly Parking is also offered at the 450 Sutter Garage, with priviledge access from Bush Street. Validated parking stickers for your guests may also be arranged with the Garage Office. Bike Parking is also available within the Garage.

  • Janitorial Services: Standard janitorial cleaning services are performed nightly, Monday-Friday (except during holidays). Specialty cleaning services are also offered through our janitorial contractor.

  • Mail Services: 450 Sutter has a drop box for all major U.S. courier services. The Federal Express (FedEx) drop box is located within the Garage, near the 1st Floor Lobby entry. The United Parcel Service (UPS) drop box is located next to the Sutter Street Cafe entrance within the lobby. Several United States Postal Service (USPS) dropboxes are located in front of the building on Sutter Street.

  • Mayan Room: Tenants may use our Mayan Room conference facility (located on the 3rd Floor in Suite 310) free of charge. Tenants may schedule use of the Mayan Room by contacting the Building Management Office or through our tenant web portal.

  • Medical Waste Disposal: 450 Sutter offers Sharps and Red-Bag medical waste disposal for medical and dental tenants who generate less than 200lbs per month. Tenants must comply with all medical waste legal requirements.

  • Notary Public: A Notary Public is available within the Building Management Office as a convenience for our tenants and their guests. To arrange an appointment, email chadm@harsch.com or call (415) 434-6316.

  • On-site Engineers: Building Management has two on-site Engineers available during regular business hours to keep 450 Sutter running as smoothly as possible. Engineers will be made available to tenants for most building repair and maintenance issues, including lighting, electrical, plumbing and lock replacement.

  • On-site Management: The Building Management Office is located in Suite 1030 on the 10th Floor and may be contacted by calling (415) 421-7221. Feel free to contact us directly with any questions you may have.

  • Recent Renovations: As the proud owner of the 450 Sutter Building, Harsch Investment Properties continually reinvests in the modernization of this iconic building. Recent renovations include restoration of the intricate terra cotta tile skin of the building, new operable windows, new heating system, new energy saving lighting, new security system with cameras on every floor, high-speed data service, corridor renovation and we are in the process of a state-of-the-art elevator modernization.

  • Security: CCTV security cameras are located throughout 450 Sutter. Building Security performs routine patrols and requires each tenant and guest to sign in after regular business hours. Security will not allow access to anyone not previously authorized by Tenants.

  • Suites: 450 Sutter offers elegant suites of various sizes to accomodate your business needs. Many suites offer dramatic views of the Financial District, Coit Tower and San Francisco Bay.

  • Tenant Lounge: All tenants and staff of the 450 Sutter Building have access to the Tenant Lounge. Located in Suite 1241 on the 12th Floor, tenants may feel free to use the Tenant Lounge during lunch and to relax during breaks.

  • Tenant Web Portal: The 450 Sutter Building is pleased to offer a modern online web portal for all of our tenants. The Building Engines designed portal allows Tenants the ability to place Work Orders online, track Work Orders through compleition, schedule use of the Mayan Room conference facility, download building standard forms, keep track of building memos, contact Building Management and more!   • Wheelchairs: Wheelchairs are available to building guests and may be arranged by contacting our Lobby attendants at (415) 434-6302.
